A timeless break in this place of tranquillity, in perfect harmony with the simple and elegant style that distinguishes the estate, whose renovation has maintained a close link to the past.
The Rossi Luciani family wanted to create a cordial, homely space with a friendly, serene atmosphere in which to welcome guests, where even our animal friends are welcome.
Hospitality and overnight stays
The Azienda Agricola Le Volpi wanted to use the many newly renovated spaces to further improve our guests’ food and wine experience. In fact, the opening up of rooms for bed and breakfast accommodation has had a special importance, and has extended our desire to guide guests in their discovery of traditional food and flavours the Euganean Hills, to include the first meal of the day.

Check-in & out
Reception is open every day from 4pm to 8pm.
On arrival each guest is asked to provide valid proof of identity in order to fulfil administrative and bureaucratic formalities. Rooms must be vacated by 11am to allow us to continue our daily tasks.

Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made either by phone or via email. Once the availability is verified, we will endeavour to answer the request as soon as possible. Advance bookings for periods of longer than two days will be confirmed by the payment of the total sum within a month before the date of arrival. The town of Baone doesn’t impose a tourist tax. Booking cancellations must be sent by email. We thank our valued guests for their understanding and cooperation.
Payment
The payment of the stay must be settled on the day of departure. The methods of payment accepted at our facility are: cash, debit card and credit card. Any invoices must be requested the day before departure.
Wi-fi
Wi-fi connection is free and available in all of the property’s spaces. The password will be provided on your arrival.
Breakfast
A buffet style breakfast is served in the common rooms on the ground floor, everyday from 7.30am to 9.30am. In the summer period the outside patio is open for use.
Room cleaning
Cleaning is carried out daily. Towels are changed daily on request. Bed linen is changed once a week. Bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
Pool
The use of the pool is free and exclusive to the guests staying at the farmhouse; guests must take note of the rules of conduct before access. The pool area is open from approximately mid-April to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. The farmhouse provides all guests with towels.
Pets
Small and medium sized pets are always welcome in our farmhouse, with a small daily fee.
