The Monte Fasolo estate is a richly traditional place and thanks to its history and privileged panoramic position, is one of the most frequently visited locations in the Euganean Hills to date. In 2018, the current owners took on the business and began a renovation project, aiming to relaunch the wine-producing and restaurant business. During this process the services offered to the public were increased to include guided tours of the winery, wine tastings, and the use of the property as a charming location for private events.
